Please note that our panel is limited to one account, one email address, and one primary device per user.
Creating multiple accounts leads to login and redeeming issues, and blocks you from taking surveys.
How to avoid issues:
- Ensure your account is linked to your email address via Google/Facebook.
- If you get a new phone, simply log in to your account using the same login option.
- If other members of your family have BrandBee accounts, be careful not to use the same email address to redeem your gift cards and don't log in to your account on their devices.
