1. I completed a task but didn’t receive my rewards.

First things first—double-check that you followed all the offer steps exactly. Some tasks have multiple stages (like spinning 10 times or reaching Level 30), and rewards often arrive only after full completion.

If you've waited more than 72 hours and still haven’t seen the payout:

• Open BrandBee and tap the MyChips banner under "Play Games."

• Tap Support in the top menu.

• Find your offer in the list and tap it.

• Follow the steps to submit a support ticket directly to MyChips.

Make sure to include any screenshots, user ID, and details about your progress to speed things up.

2. What if I installed a game but didn’t get credit?

Rewards may be denied if:

• You previously had the game installed.

• You didn’t install the game directly through MyChips in BrandBee.

• You didn’t complete the offer within the given time frame.

To ensure smooth tracking, always start the offer from within BrandBee and complete it on the same device without delays.

If your reward is missing and you believe everything was done correctly, head to the Support tab in the MyChips menu and file a ticket.

3. How do I track my progress on multi-step offers?

Open the My Offers tab in the MyChips wall to view:

• Offers in progress

• Completed offers

• Expired ones (if time ran out before completion)

Each offer clearly shows the reward for each step—for example:

• Try roulette → 2 coins

• Spin video poker 10x → 2 coins

• Reach level 30 → 228 coins 🎯

Tip: Track each goal and check in often so you don’t miss a payout deadline.

4. My reward was denied due to “time frame not met.”

Many high-value offers must be completed within a set number of days (like “Reach Level 30 in 7 days”). If you go over the limit, the reward won’t be granted—even if you reach the level later. Always check the offer instructions before starting!
