If you’ve played a game, reached the required level, and haven’t seen your rewards yet, here’s what to do:

Check your Events:
Go to your pending and completed events to see if the game is listed there. Rewards for completed offers may still be pending approval, and once approved, they’ll be added to your balance automatically. -
High-value offer not credited?
If the game is listed as completed, is worth over 2,000, and your rewards still haven’t been added — please reach out to Customer Support via the "Contact Support" button on your Profile page in the BrandBee app. We’ll be happy to look into it! -
Game not showing in your events?
If the game doesn’t appear under your completed events, open the relevant provider wall, tap the "Support" button there, and submit a ticket directly to the provider. They can check why the reward wasn’t issued — sometimes it’s due to a missed requirement (e.g., it wasn’t your first time playing the game).
