1. I completed an offer but didn't receive my rewards.
First, ensure you've met all the offer's requirements. Some rewards may take time to process. If, after the specified period, you haven't received your reward, you can submit a support request through Gold Rush:
- Open BrandBee and head to the Gold Rush hub.
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
- Select "Reward Status" to view your offers.
- Choose the offer in question and tap "Contact Support."
- Provide the necessary details and submit your request.

2. I'm seeing a "no offers available" message.
This message can appear due to several reasons:
- Geographical Location: Some offers are region-specific.
- Device Type: Certain offers may not be available for your device.
- Ad Blockers or VPNs: Disable any ad blockers or VPNs, as they can interfere with offer availability.

3. How do I report a low-quality or broken offer?
If you encounter an offer that's misleading or malfunctioning:
- Navigate to Gold Rush hub within BrandBee.
- Tap the menu icon and select "Reward Status."
- Find the problematic offer and tap "Contact Support."
- Choose "Report an Offer" and provide details about the issue.

5. My reward was denied because "this app install was not attributed to Tapjoy." What does this mean?
This denial reason indicates that Tapjoy did not receive credit for the app installation, possibly because the app was previously installed on your device or the installation wasn't linked to BrandBee. Ensure you follow offer instructions carefully and install apps directly through Gold Rush to receive rewards. You can find more information here.
6. My reward was denied because I 'did not complete the offer in the time frame allowed'. What does this mean?
Some offers come with a time limit, which means you must complete them within the specified deadline to earn your reward. For example, if an offer says "must be completed within 7 days," you’ll have 7 days from your first click to finish it. To avoid missing out, be sure to check the instructions carefully.
