What Are Magic Receipts?
Magic Receipts is a feature that allows BrandBee users to earn rewards by buying specific products at participating stores and submitting their receipts through the app. Once your receipt is approved, the rewards are credited to your account!
How to Use Magic Receipts:
- Explore Available Offers: Head to the "Magic Receipts" section in the app to find a list of products eligible for rewards. Each offer will outline the product details, required purchase quantities, and participating stores.
2. Personalize: Choose the offers you’re interested in and add them to your personalized shopping list.
3. Shop at a Qualifying Store: Buy the items on your list from any of the approved stores.
4. Submit Your Receipt: After shopping, open the BrandBee app and use the camera feature to take clear, complete photos of your receipt.
5. Get Rewards: Once your receipt is reviewed and approved, the rewards will be added to your BrandBee account and you may redeem for your favorite gift card!
Tips for a Smooth Submission:
- Capture the Full Receipt: Make sure the entire receipt is visible in your photo, including the store name, date, and the purchased items.
- Keep It Clear: Avoid blurry photos or poor lighting that might obscure the details.
- Check Offer Details: Ensure the products you’ve purchased match the specifications in the offer, including size, quantity, and eligible retailers.
What to Do If There’s an Issue:
Receipt Not Accepted?
Double-check the image quality and ensure all required information is visible. You can re-upload if needed.
Rewards Not Credited?
Confirm that your purchase aligns with the offer details. Any mismatch could delay or prevent your rewards from being added to your account.
Please note that receipt approval can take up to 10 days.
