If you have played a game in the “Arcade” hub, reached the required levels, and haven’t received your rewards - don’t fret!
First, make sure to check whether the game is listed among your pending and completed events. You can do that by tapping on the three-line menu in the top left corner of the "Earn Rewards" banner and selecting "Reward Status".
Please note that the rewards for the completed tasks might be pending for up to 30 days. Once the offer is approved, the rewards will be added to your balance automatically.
If the game is completed, is worth over 2000, and the earnings haven’t been credited to your balance - please reach out to our Customer Support by clicking on "Contact Support" on the Profile page in the BrandBee app. We will be happy to assist you.
If you don’t see the game among your completed events - please contact the provider directly per the instructions here. You can open a Support ticket with them from any of the other games you have in your “Reward Status” tab. Their team will check why you weren’t rewarded - it could be that some of the requirements weren’t met (for example, this might not have been the first time you’ve played the game).
