What are the benefits of connecting my Google account to BrandBee?

What is Google oAuth? 

Google OAuth is a secure way to connect your Google account to our app. It stands for "Open Authorization" and allows you to use your Google account to sign in and customize your experience within our app. This is a one-time setting and you will receive 10 points in return.

How does it work? 

At the end of creating a BrandBee account, you will get an option to connect your Google account. 

If you proceed with that, here's what happens:

1. Authorize Access: You’ll be redirected to a Google opt-in page where Google will ask if you want to allow BrandBee to access certain information from your Google account (like your email address, individual preferences, etc).
2. Customization: Once you agree, you’re all set! Our app will use the information to personalize your survey and shopping experience. We will further share the information with our clients, as detailed in our Privacy Policy - https://www.brandbee.io/privacy - to offer you better customization and benefits.

Is it safe? 

Your security is our utmost priority! 

We only request the necessary information from your Google account to provide you with a better experience. Your Google password and sensitive data remain secure with Google. We do not store or have access to this information.

You can disconnect your Google account from our app at any time through your profile settings. See the step-by-step instructions here.
