If you have recently made a purchase and still do not see rewards in your account, it could be one of the following reasons:
1) You have made a purchase outside of the BrandBee app.
2) It could take up to 3 days to see the BrandBee cash in your account after purchasing. If it has been more than this, please contact our Support team at support@brandbee.io or by clicking on "Contact Support" on the Profile page in the BrandBee app.
